2. Legal Framework
This payment facility complies with the Retail Payment Services and Card Schemes Regulation (RPSCS Regulation) issued by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), and the Federal Decree No. 14 of 2023 governing digital transactions.
3. Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely via Payment Gateway service provider, a licensed Payment Service Provider under UAE law.
- You authorize us and Payment Gateway service provider to process your payment using the details you provide.
- Transactions are processed in [Insert Currency, e.g., AED], and you will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.
4. Security and Data Protection
- This website uses SSL encryption to protect your data.
- Payment Gateway service provider is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring secure handling of your card and personal information.
- We do not store your payment details on our servers.
5. Lock-in Period and Commitment
By accepting these Terms and signing the associated service mandate, you agree to a lock-in period of twelve (12) months beginning from the date of mandate execution.
- Early termination is not permitted during this period unless otherwise agreed in writing and subject to payment of applicable termination charges.
- This lock-in ensures continuity of services and resource allocation as outlined in your agreement.
- Upon completion of the 12-month term, services will be renewed automatically on a monthly/annual basis unless cancellation notice is provided 30 days prior to renewal.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- In the event that an amount is deducted from your bank account but the payment is not successfully processed, the payment gateway service provider (Payment Gateway service provider) shall initiate a refund in accordance with their internal refund policy.
- If you wish to cancel the service within three (3) calendar days of payment, you will be eligible for a full refund, subject to providing written notice and the cancellation not contradicting any ongoing contractual obligations (e.g., lock-in clause).
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited via the original mode of payment.
- Beyond the 3-day cancellation window, refunds shall only be issued under exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- No cancellations or modifications are permitted once the payment is successfully processed, unless otherwise stated.
7. User Responsibilities
- You confirm that the payment method used is legally yours or authorized for use.
- You agree to provide accurate information and not engage in fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for payment failures due to technical issues, third-party errors, or force majeure events.
- Payment Gateway service provider’ terms and conditions also apply during the transaction process.
9. Compliance with UAE Law
- This platform operates in accordance with the CBUAE’s licensing regime for payment services.
- Digital contracts formed through this platform are legally binding under Federal Decree No. 14 of 2023.
- Users are entitled to dispute resolution mechanisms and consumer protections under UAE law.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the payment facility constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
