Answer 4 questions, we'll pick your plan

No need to know the difference between Prospective, Retrospective, or Standalone, tell us where your business stands and we'll match you to the right one.

Do you have unfiled books or missed tax returns from a previous year (e.g. FY2025)?
Are you currently VAT registered?
Is your annual revenue above AED 375,000, or will it cross that soon?
Do you want an ongoing monthly package, or just one specific service?

Prospective, Retrospective, or Standalone: what's the difference?

Three ways businesses stay compliant in the UAE, depending on where they stand today.

Prospective compliance is a living, monthly service. Essential and Grow keep you covered every month of the year, corporate tax and (on Grow) VAT are computed and filed as they fall due, with advisory included as rules change. Retrospective compliance, Backlog Accounting, is a one-time fix for a year that has already closed: unfiled returns, unreconciled books, or a missed FY2025 deadline. It has a fixed scope and ends when the past year is settled. Standalone services are single, individually priced jobs, a VAT filing, a corporate tax return, a transfer pricing study, or an audit, for businesses that only need one thing done well rather than a full package.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions our compliance team gets asked most often.

Why is Backlog Accounting priced differently from Essential and Grow?+
Backlog Accounting is a one-time clean-up for a year that is already closed, fixed scope, and it ends when the work is done. Essential and Grow are living services that keep you compliant every month of the year, so they include more: VAT handling, live FTA updates, and open advisory.
Is VAT included in the Retrospective package?+
No. Backlog Accounting covers corporate tax clean-up only. VAT registration, computation, and quarterly filing are only available through the Grow plan or as a standalone VAT Return Filing service.
Can I combine a standalone service with a monthly package?+
Yes. All standalone services can be added to any package at any time, so a one-off transfer pricing study or audit sits alongside your existing Essential or Grow plan.
How is the yearly billing discount calculated?+
Choosing yearly billing gives you 2 months free, so you pay for 10 months of the monthly rate instead of 12, billed once for the year.
What if my business needs an audit?+
Audit fees are scoped individually to your business and requirements, so this calculator shows it as a custom quote rather than a fixed figure.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions our Corporate Tax team gets asked most often.

What happens if my revenue crosses AED 3 million mid-year?+
Exceeding the AED 3 million threshold in any tax period permanently disqualifies the business from Small Business Relief for that period and all subsequent ones, so it moves to the Growth Accelerator package going forward.
Do I still need to file a return if my tax liability is 0%?+
Yes. Every taxable person must register for Corporate Tax and file an annual return with the FTA, even where Small Business Relief or QFZP status brings the liability to 0%.
Do I need audited financial statements?+
Audited financial statements are mandatory for QFZPs and for any business with revenue above AED 50 million, regardless of package.
Can I switch packages later?+
Yes. As your revenue or structure changes, for example moving above the AED 3 million SBR threshold, your filing simply moves to the package that matches your new eligibility.

Transfer Pricing

Benchmark one category, or several

Each transaction category needs its own arm's length benchmark, related-party services, KMP pay, intercompany loans, and IP are priced and analysed separately. Select the categories that apply to your business.

Select the categories you need benchmarked
Related Party Transactions Services, management fees, product trading, arm's length verification
AED 4,999
Connected Person / KMP Compensation Benchmarked salary levels and board fees for key management
AED 4,999
Intercompany Loan Interest Yield curve analysis, credit rating estimation, arm's length interest rates
AED 4,999
Intellectual Property Royalty rate analysis for IP transactions
AED 4,999
Pro tip: the AED 4,999 fee covers one specific transaction category. Closely linked transactions may be combined, but unrelated categories, such as a loan and a royalty, each need their own benchmark.

Why Transfer Pricing Benchmarking Is Mandatory

Under Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022, related-party transactions must follow the Arm's Length Principle.

Without benchmarking
Risk exposure
Expenses may not be tax deductible
FTA may adjust taxable income
Higher risk of penalties and disputes
With benchmarking
Protection
Full tax deductibility of expenses
Audit-ready documentation and defence
Pricing reflects market conditions
Regulatory basis
Where it comes from
Articles 34 to 36, UAE CT Law
Expense deductibility under Article 28
Aligned with OECD guidelines

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions our Transfer Pricing team gets asked most often.

Does AED 4,999 cover all of my intercompany transactions?+
No. Each fee covers a deep-dive analysis of one specific transaction category, since different transactions need entirely different economic models and market searches. Closely linked transactions might be combined, but unrelated categories each need a dedicated benchmark.
What's the difference between this report and a Transfer Pricing Local File?+
The Benchmarking Report is the data-driven proof of your pricing, extracted from global markets. A Local File is the fuller compliance narrative required under Article 55, which houses the benchmarking data alongside qualitative analysis such as FAR analysis and entity characterisation.
Does this resolve all of my Transfer Pricing obligations?+
If your revenue exceeds AED 200 million, or you are a Qualifying Free Zone Person, you are also required to maintain a full Master and Local File. Below that threshold, this benchmark is still the audit-ready evidence needed to defend your arm's length pricing under Article 34.
How long does delivery take?+
Reports are delivered within 72 hours of receiving your complete data and documentation.
Is the report accepted by the FTA?+
Yes. Reports are prepared to UAE Federal Tax Authority standards and aligned with OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, making them defensible in audits and assessments.
